SATTVA YOGA

Sattva yoga is both accessible and transformational to everyone it touches. The practice is an integrated study of yoga. It includes pranayama, which is breath practice, kriyas, which are energetic movements, layas, which are softer, gentler movements along with asana, mantra, and meditation, to help you on your evolutionary path.

 

In the brief video below I share my thoughts on the transformational qualities of developing a personal, integrated yoga practice.

PRACTICE YOGA WITH ME

I am a Master Sattva Teacher (as trained by Anand Mehrotra of Rishikesh, India). I teach Sattva yoga both privately and in group settings. We can work together to create a personalized yoga practice to support your journey.
